The truck fee covers the pre-move and post-move planning/preparation. This helps us provide you with a stress-free moving experience.
Example(s):- Pre-move calls to confirm plans and requirements for the move
- Determining the layouts and locations of where items are being moved
- Testing electronics before and after to ensure everything is in working order
- Truck Fuel
- Pick-up inspection

Travel**
There is a surcharge of 1 hour to cover employee travel to your location and their return to the truck yard. There is also a surcharge of 0.25 hour for each city that is passed during your move.
Example(s):- A move from Port Coquitlam to Burnaby would incur a 1.50 hour surcharge. If the move took 4 hours, the 1.50 hour surcharge would be added to the 4 hour move time, and the total would be 5.50 hours.
- A move from Port Coquitlam to Langley would incur a 1.50 hour surcharge. If the move took 4 hours, the 1.50 hour travel surcharge would be added to the 4 hour move time, and the total would be 5.50 hours.
